Required Online Forms:
Information verification forms will be sent as an email to a prefilled form, similar to registration. The emails are being sent on Monday, August 3. Families receive one form per student, sent to the parent who is listed as primary contact in our system. Please check your spouse's email and both parents' spam/junk if you do not see the email in your inbox. All families must complete each JotForm prior to 2pm on Thursday, August 13th – even if no information has changed. There are additional agreements on the link that must be completed and we need to ensure we have updated health and transportation information prior to the start of school.

Carefully read the “Hands & Hearts” letter regarding event commitments and volunteering. Signups will open Monday, August 17th at 7:00 am. Watch your email for more information on where and how to sign up.
